This Law establishes the power of the Ministry of Justice and the Minister of Religious Affairs to make regulations as to land transactions for the purpose of observing the Sabbatical year. Such regulations shall apply notwithstanding anything provided in the Land Law 1969 or in any other law.
This Law is composed of 3 articles which state the following: The ownership of Israel lands, being the lands in Israel of the State, the Development Authority or the Keren Kayemet Le-Israel, shall not be transferred either by sale or in any other manner (1); section 1 shall not apply to classes of lands and classes of transactions determined for that purpose by Law (2); In this Law, "lands" means land, houses, buildings and anything permanently fixed to land (3).
La présente loi s'applique aux opérations de financement et de promotion de l'habitat sur l'ensemble du territoire national. Les opérations de financement de l'habitat répondent à trois objectifs fondamentaux: la facilitation de l'accessibilité de l'habitat aux bénéficiaires; l'adéquation des coûts des opérations de l'habitat avec les revenus faibles et intermédiaires; la répartition équitable des coûts des opérations de l'habitat entre les différentes parties impliquées et leur recouvrement systématique.
La présente loi détermine les principes fondamentaux de l'organisation administrative du territoire de la République du Tchad. La République du Tchad est organisée en Collectivités Territoriales Décentralisées, auxquelles correspondent les unités administratives, structures déconcentrées de l'Etat.
This Regional Law regulates management and conservation of water for the purpose of use of water, protecting water from pollution, management water basins, and protection from flood and erosion and other negative impact of water. Within this framework it also provides for tasks, functions, powers or rights of bodies of the Tuzla Canton, municipalities, and other legal entities and citizens. The Act shall apply to surface waters, water springs, natural lakes, and water in artificial accumulations, retentions and lakes, underground waters and thermal and mineral waters.
This Law, composed of 12 articles, sets the criteria for defining areas of tourism interest in order to protect them and to plan programmes for tourism development. It confers to the Tourism Agency of Rio de Janeiro State (FLUMITUR) the power to promote agreements with the concerned Government institutions in order to identify the areas to be protected and to establish compatible tourist utilization. It stipulates that all State tourist areas will be created by Government Decree while the tourist amenities will be created, on FLUMITUR proposal, by Resolutions of the State Tourism Council.
The Law facilitates the acquisition of land and other immovable property for public purposes. The governor may authorize a public utility undertaking, after which a recommendation to acquire land will be made to the Governor, based on a preliminary investigation. After the sanctioning of the acquisition, the land shall vest absolutely in the Government. If no agreement has been reached on the compensation within three months after notification of such sanction, the Acquiring Authority shall apply to the Compensation Assessment Tribunal.
La presente Ley introduce el marco normativo relativo a la conservación y manejo de los suelos provinciales. La misma declara de interés público y sujeto a uso y manejo conservacionista a los suelos de la Provincia que por sus condiciones naturales y por acción antrópica, manifiesten síntomas o susceptibilidad de degradación.
La presente Ley declara de interés provincial y de ejecución prioritaria los planes y programas tendientes al mejoramiento, subdivisión racional, entrega y aprovechamiento integral, así como a la incorporación efectiva a la economía provincial, de las tierras de propiedad pública ubicadas en la Quebrada y Puna. Uno de los objetivos principales consiste en consolidar y aumentar la población rural, arraigando al agricultor y al ganadero en la tierra que trabajan.
La presente Ley establece el régimen legal aplicable en lo atinente a la conservación de suelos y aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales. Se entiende por conservación de suelos el mantenimiento y mejoramiento de su capacidad productiva. El artículo 2º faculta al Consejo Agrario Provincial a adoptar una serie de medidas que tiendan a asegurar la conservación de los suelos y a mantener su capacidad productiva.
