This Act, consisting of 292 sections divided into nine Chapters, aims to protect land that is highly suitable for cropping; manage the impacts of development on that land; and preserve the productive capacity of that land for future generations.
This Act provides for the conservation of Queensland’s cultural heritage, it consists of 15 Parts divided into 198 sections. The purposes of the Act are set in Part 1, Part 2 concerns the Queensland Heritage Council, which is a body corporate and does not represent the State. The Act regulates the operation of the Council. Part 3 is dedicated to the heritage register and its maintenance, Part 4 to the registration of places and Part 5 to the registration of archaeological places in Queensland heritage register.
This Act concerns the title of native people, Aboriginal people and Torres Strait Islanders, to land in Queensland. It consists of 146 sections and is divided into five Parts. Part 2 is dedicated to validation and its effects, Part 3 concerns the confirmation of certain rights, in particular the ownership of certain natural resources and certain water and fishing access rights and public access to and enjoyment of beaches and certain other places.
This Act concerns the development of the Sanctuary Cove Resort at Hope Island, it consists of 128 sections and is divided into nine Parts. The Act provides for the creation of the Sanctuary Cove Resort Principal Body Corporate responsible for the management and development of the land in the areas to which the Act applies. The Act is completed by five schedules: uses permitted within zones, the site, zones of the site, adjacent plan, zones of the adjacent site.

This Act concerns the registration of freehold land and other interests in freehold land and it consists of 211 sections and is divided into 12 Parts. Part 2 concerns the administration of the Act, provides for the operation of the land registry and specifies the functions and powers of the registrar. Part 3 is dedicated to the operation of the freehold land register, while Part 4 concerns the registration of land. Part 5 covers the registration of joint holders in lots and Part 6 regulates dealings directly affecting lots, including transferring and lease.
This Act regulates certain sales of land, it consists of 37 sections and is divided into four Parts. The objectives of the Act are: a) to facilitate property development in Queensland; b) to protect the interests of consumers in relation to property development; and c) to ensure that proposed allotments and proposed lots are clearly identified (sect. 2). Part 2 concerns the sale of proposed allotments and Part 3 the sale of proposed lots, including provisions on the identification of land, contractual requirements and trustee’s duties.
The purposes of the Act are to provide for pest management for land and for stock route network management, it consists of 333 sections and is divided into 11 Chapters. Chapter 1 concerns the purpose and application of the Act and clarifies the relationship of the Act with the Nature Conservation Act 1992, the Forestry Act 1959 and the Dividing Fences Act 1953.
This Act provides for the effective recognition, protection and conservation of the Torres Strait Islander cultural heritage.
This Act provides for the imposition and collection of a land tax, for each financial year, on the taxable value of taxable land.The Act is divided into 10 Parts: Preliminary (1); Imposition of land tax (2); Basic concepts (3); Assessment of land tax (4); Rate of land tax (5); Exempt land (6); Security and recovery (7); Avoidance schemes (8); Miscellaneous provisions (9); and Repeal, savings and transitional provisions (10). The Act also contains 3 Schedules.

This Regulation, consisting of six Parts, implements the Survey and Mapping Infrastructure Act 2003 by defining the principles to be applied in carrying out surveys (Part 2), setting the geodetic reference framework (Part 3), providing for survey standard and survey guideline matters (Part 4), and establishing watercourse identification and non-tidal boundary (watercourse) location (Part 5).
