   This Act makes provision, in 23 Chapters, for the management and conservation of forest resources of Liberia, defines ownership rights and other rights in forests, regulates commercial and other use of forests resources, provides for the protection of the environment and wildlife in forests, regulates the trade in forest products and provides for various other matters relative to forestry and wildlife.The Act defines the principles of forest management and conservation to be undertaken by the Forestry Development Authority.

   This Act provides for the management of land and natural resources in the county of Finnmark. This shall be done in a balanced and ecologically sustainable manner for the benefit of the residents of the county and particularly as so as to enhance Sami culture, reindeer husbandry, use of non-cultivated areas, commercial activity and social life. The Act shall apply to real property and watercourses with natural resources in the county of Finnmark. On the shoreline, the Act shall apply as far out to sea as private right of ownership extends.

   Lease is temporary fee-based possession, use and management on contractual basis of land, other natural resources and property necessary to lessee for carrying out autonomously economic and other activity. The document consists of 4 sections that contain 32 articles. Section 1 (arts. 1-19) lays down general provisions. Section 2 (arts. 20-28) regards lease of enterprises. Section 3 (arts. 29-30) regards lease of property by citizens. Section 4 (arts. 31-32) regards dispute settlement and establishes liability of the subjects of lease relations.

   This Law is an integral part of urban construction and environmental legislation of the city of Moscow and establishes the modalities of planning, regulation and carrying out urban construction activity on the territories of natural complex of the city of Moscow. The document consists of 13 Articles. Article 1 introduces the principal concepts. Article 2 establishes the legal basis for the regulation of urban construction activity on the territories of natural complex.     This Act constitutes the legislative framework in matter of environmental protection within the State of Sabah. Part II of the Act is devoted to the setting up of the Environment Protection Council whose functions shall be to advise the State Government on matters relevant to the implementation of these provisions. On the other side, Part IV of the Act provides for the establishment of the Environment Protection Fund. Further provisions as regards public servants and administration competent in the environmental field are laid down in Part V.
