This Act amends the Crown Lands Act by repealing sections 12, 13, 20, and 28. Those sections concern implied covenants for a grant of Crown land and/or for every building lease, revision of rent, and return of land to the Crown if the grantee does not seem to make use of the land.

La présente loi autorise la ratification de la Convention portant création de l’Agence Panafricaine de la Grande Muraille Verte, adoptée par la Conférence des Chefs d’Etat et de Gouvernement de la Communauté des Etats sahélo sahariens (CENSAD) à Ndjamena, le 17 juin 2010.Cette Agence a pour mission la coordination et le suivi d’une barrière verte de protection contre l’avancée du désert et de contribuer au développement durable sur la bande sahélo saharienne comprise entre les isohyètes 100 et 400 mm sur une distance d’au moins 7000 km de long et 15 km de large, reliant Dakar et Djibouti.
This Act provides with respect to the protection of the environment in Seychelles. It designates the Ministry or Department of the Government under the Minister responsible for the environment as the Ministry for the purposes of this Act and defines its functions and powers.
This Act amends the Shooting and Fishing Leases Act by replacing section 18. That section grants power to the Minister to make regulations for the purposes of this Act, and, in particular, but without prejudice to the generality of that power, may make regulations – (a) for the levying of charges and the taking of fees; (b) amending the Schedule. Regulations made under this section may provide that any person who contravenes them shall commit an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding 20,000 rupees and to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year.
This Act provides for the town and country planning at national, district and local level. It sets forth the provisions to prepare, approve and a deposit a plan and establishes an administrative framework for development planning. The Act also provides for development control and enforcement. It consists of 99 sections divide into 10 Parts.The Act establishes the Physical Planning Council and the Physical Planners Board. There shall also be a Commissioner for Physical Planning.

This Ordinance makes provision with respect to the compulsory acquisition of lands for public purposes and compensation for such acquisition to the landowner. It sets out the procedure for such acquisition and subsequent registration of land. The Governor may be required to purchase the rest of a piece of land if only a part was acquired and the rest is rendered useless to the owner. It shall be lawful for the Minister to resell any land purchased under this rule. The Ordinance also makes provision for resolution of disputed regarding compensation, etc.
