This Regulation, consisting of three Parts, implements the Strategic Cropping Land Act 2011 by providing for application fees and mitigation rates, the creation of a standard conditions code for resource activities, and for the development prescribed to be in exceptional circumstances.

This Regulation, consisting of five Parts, implements the Vegetation Management Act 1999. It provides for the classification of regional ecosystems, which are listed in the annexed schedules, and it gives effect to the statutory codes, policies and maps that underpin the vegetation management framework.The Regulation is completed by eigth schedules: endangered regional ecosystems, of concern regional ecosystems, least concern regional ecosystems, grassland regional ecosystems, trees prescribed for the Act, fees and dictionary.

This Regulation implements the Foreign Ownership of Land Register Act 1988 by setting the values of the fees prescribed under the Act.
This Regulation, consisting of 38 sections and divided into five Parts, provides for the grant of land as Torres Strait Islander land. It contains the procedure for the granting of transferable land as Torres Strait Islanders land and provides about land trusts (including payments to members, land trust to indemnify members and immunity of members); code of conduct about mining leases; mining royalties; Declaration; and Repeal and transitional provisions. The Regulation is completed by one Schedule.
This Regulation provides for the implementation of the Acquisition of Land Act 1967 by prescribing the fees applicable under section 9 of the Act. The fee payable for an application under section 9 of the Act is: (a) if the application relates to only 1 parcel of land: $167.90; or (b) if the application relates to more than 1 parcel of land: $167.90 plus $49.80 for each additional parcel of land.

This Regulation, consisting of six Parts, implements the Survey and Mapping Infrastructure Act 2003 by defining the principles to be applied in carrying out surveys (Part 2), setting the geodetic reference framework (Part 3), providing for survey standard and survey guideline matters (Part 4), and establishing watercourse identification and non-tidal boundary (watercourse) location (Part 5).

This Regulation provides for the grant of land as Torres Strait Islander land, it consists of 60 sections and is divided into nine Parts. It contains the procedure for the granting of transferable land as Torres Strait Islanders land and regulates claims for claimable land and the grant of claimable land as Torres Strait Islanders land, incorporated as a land trust.

This regulation implements the Land Title Act 1994. It specifies the location of offices of the land registry, the forms to be used in the office of the land registry and the fees payable under the Act. The regulation is completed by two schedules, one on offices of the land registry and one on fees.
