   The present Ordinance implements the Directive 2009/28/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the promotion of the use of energy from renewable sources of 23 April 2009. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to building technology and building equipment, as well as to special environmental, health and energy requirements of buildings. Furthermore, the Law also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Law.

   The present Law introduces some amendments to the Styria Land Use Planning Law 2010 (LGBl. No. 49). In particular, the Law rewords article 12 dealing with the National Development Pland listing the most important principles. Furthermore, article 67c on Transitional provisions is amended.

   The present Law lays down provisions relating to land use planning in Carinthia. The Municipal Council is required to adopt a Land Use Zoning Plan which divides the entire municipality into building land, grass land and traffic area taking into consideration the local development plan and the economic, social, ecological and cultural requirements of the whole area. The text consists of 34 articles divided into 4 Parts.

The Contracting Parties shall develop economic bilateral cooperation for their mutual benefit in the following fields: agriculture and forestry, food industry, energy, protection of the environment, soil protection, pesticides.    Considering that a close cooperation between Austria and Czechoslovakia would be of great advantage for both countries and particular in cases where deposits of mineral raw materials occur, the Contracting Parties shall give each other mutual assistance in the field of geology. Article 1 establishes that geological cooperation comprises above all exchange of geological documents and their assessment as well as the cooperation in geological research in border areas.     An Agreement between between the Federal Government of the Republic of Austria and the Government of the Libyan Arab Republic on economic, scientific and technical cooperation. The Contracting Parties shall develop economic, scientific and technical co-operation for their mutual benefit. This cooperation shall include inter alia the following fields: oil, agriculture and land reclamation, energy, exchange of experts. Article 6 establishes that a joint Austrian-Libyan Arab Governmental Committee shall be estblished. The text consists of 9 articles.
