This Order validates the form of vidimus for cadastre registration of plots of land and the form of cadastre maps of the territory.

This Order validates the form of land registration that shall be applicable to the plots of land local municipalities. The registration form specifies the type of the plot of land, its classification in accordance with the established modalities and purposeful use thereof, location of the plot of land, regional code, number of cadastre registration and type of ownership.
This Order validates the model lease contract for public land.
This Ministerial Decree validates the form for land use plans containing spaces for the land’s location, cadastre number, total area, boundaries and map and for types of authorized land use.
This Regional Law regulates the issues of allotment free of charge of public land plots pertaining to the regional or municipal public land stock in ownership to some categories of citizens.
Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional executive body shall conclude lease contracts, shall legalize purchase and sale contracts related to land plots pertaining to the regional ownership in accordance with legal deed by the Regional Government”.

Article 4 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Objects of environmental protection against pollution, exhaustion, degradation, deterioration, destruction and other negative impact of economic activities shall be components of natural environment, natural objects and natural complexes”.

Article 3.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Municipal land control shall be performed in conformity with the federal legislation of the Russian Federation in accordance with the modalities established by the Regional Government and also in accordance with bylaws validated by the local government in accordance therewith”.

Article 26 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Proclamation of natural complexes nature monuments of regional significance shall be performed by decision of the Regional Government. In case of necessity the respective plots of land can be expropriated for public needs in accordance with the acting legislation”.

Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Land reclamation systems of common management shall be considered land reclamation systems in common ownership of two or more persons transferred for common management to more than one natural or legal persons and also protection forest belts that are necessary for the needs of the aforesaid persons”.
