This regulation implements the Soil Conservation Act 1986. It provides for the continuation in force of existing approved project plans (sect. 2) and requires approved plans to be available for inspection (sect. 3). This regulation implements the Liens on Crops of Sugar Cane Act 1931. It specifies particulars to be included in the register (sect. 2), the way of applying for registration (sect. 3), the inspection of register (sect. 4) and fees (sect. 6). The regulation is completed by one schedule setting the values of fees to be paid under the Act.

This regulation implements the Land Tax Act 1915. It regulates land tax payment (sects. 5 to 7) and the way and when returns must be given to commissioners (sects. 11 to 19). It contains provisions on unpaid land tax (sects. 20-21), on notice procedure for change in land ownership (sect. 23) and on notification of change of address to be given to the commissioner for service and matters related to the Act (sect. 24).

These rules provide for the functioning of the Land and Resources Tribunal. They provide for the starting of proceedings, hearing, procedure for attendance of witnesses and all related matters.

This Regulation, consisting of 17 sections divided into five Parts, implements the Land Protection (Pest and Stock Route Management) Act 2002. Part 2 specifies which pests can be declared pests under the Act and approves the location of building lines for fences. Part 3 concerns stock routes and their management. Part 4 establishes the pest operational board for rabbits and defines its operational area. Part 5 contains miscellaneous provisions, among others on inspection and fees. The Regulation is completed by six Schedules.
This Regulation implements the Land Sales Act 1984, it sets the values of fees be paid under the Act and the period for giving a “registrable instrument”. The Regulation is completed by three Schedules on: fees, period for giving a “registrable instrument” and dictionary.

Provisions concern starting of proceedings (Part 1), discontinuing and withdrawing proceedings (Part 1A), hearing proceedings (Part 2), evidence (Part 3) and applications in a proceeding (Part 4). Section 28 covers appeals to Court of Appeal and there are miscellaneous provisions on forms (sect. 29) and fees (sect. 30). The Act is completed by one Schedule on dictionary.
