   The present Law lays down provisions relating to the keeping of the land register of Brandenburg. Measuring of land as well as holding the land property register are both public tasks which according to the present Law are carried out by the Office of Land Mapping and Information of Brandenburg and by other local public entities.    The following amendments and addenda must be introduced to the Federal Law No. 122-FZ: 1) Article 12 must be supplemented with the following paragraph “Identification of the plot of land in the Common state register of rights shall be carried out in conformity with its cadastre number attributed thereto by state land cadastre institution”. 2) Item 1 of the Article 17 must be supplemented by the following passage “It is not necessary to make available cadastre plan of the plot of land if it has already been inserted in the dossier of legal documentation”.

   The present Regulation is made under the Act respecting agricultural lands in the domain of the state. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the regularization of certain kinds of occupation of lands in the domain of the State. Section 3 establishes that the Minister may sell land to an occupant applying in writing and showing that the occupation of that land by him and his predecessors in title has been continuous, uninterrupted, peaceful, public, unequivocal and as owner.

   Land legislation shall be based on the principles set out in article 3. In accordance with the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, land may be the state, communal, private or other forms of ownership (art. 4). Article 4 also defines state lands and communal ownership. Article 5 concerns rights of foreigners to use land. Transactions with rights to a land plot shall be subject to state registration and shall not require notarization, except for the cases provided by law (art. 9). Article 10 defines the Land Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic.

   The present Law enforces the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2010. The Law lays down provisions relating to the enforcement of federal legislation in the field of geographic information and the collection, management and use of spatial data for the area of the Canton Luzern.     This Act makes provision for the registration of alienators having the right to negotiate negotiation of alienation of land of custom owners and the registration of mortgages on alienated land. Furthermore the Act provides for various matters relative to negotiation of land and consequences of alienation. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Land Reform Act, Cap. 123, the Minister shall cause a register of alienators to be kept (sect. 2) and if the Minister is satisfied that an applicant under section 3 is an alienator he shall register him as such in the Register.
