This Act amends the Integrated Coastal Management Act, 2008 with respect to a wide variety of matters including composition coastal public property, access fees, purposes for which coastal public property is established, reclamation of land by public authorities for state infrastructure and other purposes, the declaration of state-owned land as coastal public property, establishment of coastal management lines for protection purposes, award of coastal use permits on coastal public property and unlawful structures on coastal public property.
This Act inserts a new section 9A to the principal Act endowing in the Crown all land that is (i) foreshore and seabed within the coastal marine area (within the meaning of the Resource Management Act 1991); or (ii) was foreshore, seabed or both, within the coastal marine area (within the meaning of that Act) on the 1st day of October 1991, and has been reclaimed (whether lawfully or otherwise) on or after that date and which is for the time being vested in the Crown, but not set aside for any public purpose or owned by anybody.
These Regulations provide for various matters relating to the registration of land.
This Act provides for the protection of the tenant cultivator's rights from any abuse or prevarication by the landowner. It prescribes the right of the tenant to be the first one informed about the sale of the paddy land he/she is cultivating, it forbids unlawful eviction from the cultivated land, it provides for the payment of rent and the exemption from payment in case paddy land has not been cultivated or has not produced any agricultural commodities for force majeure.
This Decree-Law amends Decree-Law No. 8/2001 enforcing the Plan for Rural Development - RURIS for the period 2000-2006. Amendments concern composition, duties and competencies of the Fund, entitled to issue financial measures to agricultural Reform; agricultural and environmental measures; reforestation programme, etc.

This Act provides for — (a) an enabling environment for the development of all aspects of special economic zones including development of integrated infrastructure facilities; (b) the regulation and administration of activities within the special economic zones with due regard to the principles of openness, competitiveness and transparency.
This Regional Law establishes types of agricultural land area within stock of agricultural land classified as particularly productive agricultural land areas that shall be prohibited for other uses.
Article 6.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The following protected areas of local significance shall be set up on the regional territory: (a) tourist and recreational areas; and (b) protected natural complexes”.

El presente Decreto modifica el que reglamenta las disposiciones relativas a las determinantes de ordenamiento del suelo rural y al desarrollo de actuaciones urbanísticas de parcelación y edificación en este tipo de suelo, respecto a la obligación de definir la clasificación de los usos industriales en los planes de ordenamiento territorial teniendo en cuenta el impacto ambiental y urbanístico que producen y estableciendo su compatibilidad respecto de los demás usos permitidos.
