This Chapter makes provision for the administration of estates of deceased persons. The estates of deceased persons shall be administered in the Trial Division of the High Court, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such estates. Section 5 defines the priority for granting letters of administration of estates to relatives, creditors or persons appointed by the trail division of the High Court. Sections 6 and 7 concern qualifications of administrators and executors.
An Act to provide for the regulation of descriptions of the boundaries of administrative districts; to facilitate interpretation of such descriptions; to provide for the settlement of disputes concerning the boundaries of such districts (sect. 10); to require public authorities to endorse on maps issued by them the purpose for which those maps are issued (sect. 8). Section 4 specifies which are the methods for defining the area of an administrative district.
This Act makes provision for various matters relating to Agricultural and Pastoral Societies, being incorporated associations of 50 persons or more for the purposes of promotion and enhancement of agricultural activities (objects of a society are outlined in section 10). Various provisions concern rights of societies with respect to land. If any Crown lands are set apart and reserved for the purposes of any society, the Governor-General may grant such lands or any part thereof to the society. A society may let on lease any portion of the lands so granted (sect. 6).
This Act, consisting of 7 Parts divided into 48 sections, makes provision with respect to the use of agricultural chemicals as defined by the AGVET Code which applies in force of the Agricultural and Veterinary Chemicals (Queensland) Act 1994. Part 2 contains provisions dealing with matters of administration such as inspection and control and the continuing in existence of the Agricultural Chemicals Distribution Control Board. Part 3 regulates distribution of pesticides from the air, whereas Part 4 concerns distribution from the ground.
This Act concerns the waiving of any requirements, limitations or regulations relating to the agricultural homesteading program by the Marianas Public Land Corporation.Any person who can demonstrate continuous and actual occupancy or use of public land for agricultural purposes for period of 15 years prior to a specified date or who can demonstrate that he or she would have continuously and actually occupied or used public land for agricultural purposes for a period of 15 years prior to a specified date, shall be legally entitled to all the rights and interest of ownership of such land, and
