Provisions concern starting of proceedings (Part 1), discontinuing and withdrawing proceedings (Part 1A), hearing proceedings (Part 2), evidence (Part 3) and applications in a proceeding (Part 4). Section 28 covers appeals to Court of Appeal and there are miscellaneous provisions on forms (sect. 29) and fees (sect. 30). The Act is completed by one Schedule on dictionary.
