This Act amends the Constitution of Zambia by repealing the Preamble and replacing Part I (Supremacy of the Constitution), Part II (National values, principles and economic policies), Part IV (Citizenship), Part V (Representation of the People). Parts from VI to XIV are also repealed and replaced. New Parts from XV to XX are inserted.
This Decree-Law regulates land integrated in Special Tourist Zones subject of contracts signed by municipalities with private individuals and alteration of the exceptional regime of transmission for the ownership of the municipalities of lands of the private domain of the State, approved by Decree-Law No. 39/2016 of 18 July 18.
This Decree-Law, consisting approving the exceptional regime for ownership transmission of municipalities of land in the private domain of the State. The above mentioned exceptional regime regulates the following situations: The automatic validation of the alienations of land from the private domain of the State made by the municipalities, in the areas referred to; Validation of the disposals of land of the private domain of the State made by the municipalities in any land located outside specific areas for the purpose of performing tourist, industrial investments or similar nature.
This Act defines the jurisdiction of the High Court and makes provision with respect to the application of selected foreign law and customary law of Tanzania. The High Court shall be a Court of Admiralty and its jurisdiction shall extend to the territorial waters. Common law, doctrines of equity and statutes of general application of England shall be in force in Tanzania only so far as the circumstances of Tanzania and its inhabitants permit, and subject to such qualifications as local circumstances may render necessary.

This Decree-Law, consisting of 7 Chapters and three Annexes, regulates the preparation and implementation process of the Plans for the Management of Coastal Zones and the Adjacent Sea (POOC_M). This Plans are territorial management tools containing a set of actions for the coastal zone management, which interventions are planned for the terrestrial areas, referred as 'onshore', and areas called as 'adjacent sea areas'.
La présente loi qui fixe les règles applicables en matière d’urbanisme et d’habitat, comporte 240 articles répartis en six livres. Elle détermine les règles générales relatives à la gestion de l’espace, l’aménagement urbain et l’utilisation du sol et définit les dispositions s’appliquant à la gestion des actes d’urbanisme et de construction dans le cadre de la politique de développement économique, social et d’aménagement du territoire ainsi que de la protection de l’environnement et du paysage.
La présente loi érige en zone de modernisation pastorale la zone Sahélienne d'Elevage située au Nord de la limite fixée à l'extension des cultures telle définie par la Loi n° 61-5 du 26 mai 1961 est déclarée zone de modernisation pastorale. A l'intérieur de celle-ci, des décrets fixeront : les secteurs géographiques où les opérations de modernisation seront exécutées et les programmes d'action à y mettre en œuvre.
This Act continues in existence the Guma Valley Water Company, defines its functions and powers and provides with respect to its administration and operations. The Company shall be governed by a Board, which may make Regulations as are necessary for the implementation of this Act. The Company shall produce, distribute and conserve water within the limits of supply and other areas as may be determined by the National Commission for Privatization.
