This Act provides for the establishment and constitution of Central Planning Authority and the establishment of the Development Control Board for purposes of control on development of land and the planning of development in the Cayman Islands. The Act also concerns acquisition and disposal of land for planning purposes. The Board or the Authority, as the case may be, shall assess and grant permission for proposed development. The Act also establishes an Infrastructure Fund and contains some provisions relative to development on the foreshore.
La presente Ley tiene por objeto establecer las disposiciones que regirán el proceso general para la planificación y gestión de la ordenación del territorio, en concordancia con las realidades ecológicas y los principios, criterios, objetivos estratégicos del desarrollo sustentable, que incluyan la participación ciudadana y sirvan de base para la planificación del desarrollo endógeno, económico y social de la nación.
These Regulations implement provisions of the Mines and Minerals Development Act, 2008 with respect to a wide variety of matters such as: organization of mining cadastre offices; application for, or grant or renewal of a mining right or a mineral processing licence; transfer of a mining right or a mineral processing licence; permission for the abandonment of a mining area; alteration of or prospecting in a mining area; various matters relating to survey, mapping and certification.The central mining cadastre office in Lusaka shall administer mining rights and mineral processing licences.
El presente Decreto tiene por objeto la creación de la Comisión Asesora de Ordenamiento Territorial, en la órbita del Ministerio de Vivienda, Ordenamiento Territorial y Medio Ambiente. Entre los cometidos de la Comisión cabe destacar los siguientes: a) colaborar en la definición de las políticas nacionales de ordenamiento territorial; b) cooperar con el Ministerio de Vivienda, Ordenamiento Territorial y Medio Ambiente en la formulación, implementación, seguimiento y evaluación de los planes, programas y proyectos de ordenamiento territorial.
This Governmental Decree establishes that the scope of land cadastre shall be to provide state bodies of all levels, natural and legal persons with the informationrelated to land areas and land quality located within the boundaries of urban areas, local government, districts and at the national level.

Le Département en charge de l'environnement est l'autorité d'application de l'ordonnance susvisée. These Regulations require Natural England (as successor body to the Countryside Agency) to retain conclusive maps of registered common land and open country by the issue of draft maps, which are subsequently confirmed by the Countryside Agency and make provision for the inspection of such maps. Regulation 4 provides for the inspection and supply of reduced scale maps, which are copies of conclusive maps on a smaller scale.
The scope of this Regional Law shall be conservation, management, promotion and state protection of the objects of cultural heritage. Objects of cultural heritage shall be covered by conservation pledge agreement signed by manager of the objects of cultural heritage. Boundaries of the reserve containing objects of cultural heritage shall be mapped in-situ.
This Act applies to physical planning within a Physical Planning Area declared as such by a Municipal Council or Local Government Council. In declaring an area to be a Physical Planning Area, a Council may in its absolute discretion decide that one or more of the types of development specified in Schedule I shall not require permission for development, and it shall specify those types of development in the declaration. Whenever a council declares an area to be a Physical Planning Area it shall prepare a plan of that area.
