The present Act provides for the Reconciliation, Settlement and Benefits Agreement between the Province and the Musqueam Indian Band. Furthermore, the Act vests ownership of some parcels of land from Pacific Spirit Regional Park to the Musqueam and addresses a number of other features, such as land-use terms, covenants, and zoning to allow for residential multi-family development on one of the parcels.

This Decree provides for certain dealings in land related to a loan facility and relative mortgages and title in native land for the development of a coastal area. The Decree seeks to protect funds advanced by the Fiji National Provident Fund by providing for accelerated transfer of title and relative registration by the Land Registrar. Land involved in these dealings includes native land covered by a Land Swap Agreement for which the Native land Trust Board holds specified powers.
This Act makes provision for the establishment of the Outer Islands Development Corporation as a body corporate. The Corporation shall— (a) be responsible for the management and development of the Outer Islands; (b) advise the Minister on— (i) the development of such activities as may lead to a more economic exploitation of the Outer Islands; (ii) the grant or determination of leases over the Outer Islands on such terms and conditions as shall warrant their optimum use. The Minister may make such regulations as he thinks fit for the purposes of this Act.
The present Act lays down provisions relating to land use planning in the Canton of Nidwald. In particular, it ensures an economical use of soil, regulated settlements with a view to conserve natural living space, the cultural heritage of the Canton, a sustainable development and coordination of competences. This Regional Law sets forth the modalities of allotment in ownership free of charge of plots of land pertaining to public and municipal property to multi-child families, and also establishes minimum and maximum land areas of the aforesaid plots of land. Multi-child family shall be considered family with three or more children less than 18 years of age. The aforesaid plots of land in inhabited areas shall be allotted for housing construction and subsistence family farming. Allotment of the aforesaid plots of land shall be performed once-only.
