This Regulation sets forth the principles and procedures regarding the transfer of agricultural land, the procedures of succession, inheritance and valuation. It also sets out provisions on the acreage and economic integrity of adequate income agricultural lands. The Regulation further determines the features of the eligible heir.

El presente Decreto aprueba el Reglamento del Servicio Nacional de Reforma Agraria.
La presente Resolución establece los criterios de elegibilidad y los requisitos de selección para adjudicar los subsidios directos en relación con los predios que por cualquier circunstancia, ya han ingresado al patrimonio del Instituto Colombiano de Desarrollo Rural (INCODER), están pendientes de adjudicar y no han sido transferidos por las entidades liquidadas.

El presente Acuerdo establece las condiciones para que los campesinos y desplazados accedan al subsidio de tierras bajo la modalidad de readjudicación de parcelas, que otorgará el Instituto Colombiano de Desarrollo Rural (INCODER), por una sola vez, en relación con las parcelas que por cualquier circunstancia están en su patrimonio, ya fueron alguna vez adjudicadas, no se encuentran perturbadas en su tenencia y por lo tanto, pueden adjudicarse nuevamente.

This Act concerns the administration of estates, the ownership of which is not clearly defined of has some legal impediments.Administration shall be carried out by public officers appointed under this Act (i.e. the Master of the High Court, the Deputy Master and Assistant Masters). This Proclamation provides for rural land management and rights and use of rural land in Amhara National Region.
The President decrees that the plots of land and the property connected with them must be considered real estate. The real estate contracts are regulated by Civil Code in accordance with Land, Forestry, Environmental, other specific Legislative Acts and this Decree. Physical And juridical persons, that own plots of land, have the right to sell, to bequeath, to give as a gift, to mortgage, to lease, to exchange and to render them as a share to the-joint stock companies. Each landowner is provided with land certificate that must be registered into land cadastre.
