The overall Goal of the present cross-sectoral Policy is sustainable development, management, utilization and conservation of forest resources and equitable sharing of accrued benefits for the present and future generations of the people of Kenya.
The overall aim of the present Forest and Wildlife Policy is the conservation and sustainable development of forest and wildlife resources for the maintenance of environmental stability and continuous flow of optimum benefits from the socio-cultural and economic goods and services that the forest environment provides to the present and future generations whilst fulfilling Ghana’s commitments under international agreements and conventions.
The overall aim of the present Forestry Development Master Plan is to provide a basis for achieving sustainable utilization and development of forest and wildlife resources, modernization of the timber industry and conservation of the environment, and thereby ensure realization of the objectives of the Forest and Wildlife Policy. At the same time, the various proposals have had to take account of the need to improve the state of the environment, the complexities of land tenure and the importance of appropriate and efficient land use.
The Zimbabwe Agenda for Sustainable Socio-Economic Transformation (Zim Asset) is a national development plan for the years 3013-2018 to achieve sustainable development and social equity anchored on indigenization, empowerment and employment creation. It is built around four strategic clusters: food security and nutrition; social services and poverty eradication; infrastructure and utilities; and value addition and beneficiation.
This Act amends the Administration of Estates Act, 1965 so as to provide that amounts of money to be established for purposes of sections 18, 28, 30, 34 80, 90, 91, 93, 102 and 103 of the principal Act shall be prescribed by Regulation.

This Act regulates the (grant of) administration of real and personal estates of deceased persons, minors and persons under curatorship and of derelict estates. The Act also places restrictions of the disposal of such estates and provides for registration of documents and the handling of disputed claims. The Minister shall appoint Masters, Deputy Masters and Assistant Masters for purposes of grant of letters of administration.
This Notice of the Minister for Justice and Constitutional Development, acting under sections 18 (3), 80 and 90 of the Administration of Estates Act, 1965, determines for the purposes of those sections the amount, respectively: of the value of an estate for purposes of exemption from the requirement to appoint an executor; under which the alienation of an estate of a minor may be authorized by the Master; for purposes of payment to guardians, etc. in the case of minors.

These Regulations, made by the Acting State President under section 103 of the Administration of Estates Act, 1965, prescribe forms for the purposes of the Act and provides rules relative to financial arrangements for the liquidation of estates and payment of Executors, Interim Curators, Tutors and Curators.

This Act regulates the (grant of) administration of real and personal estates of deceased persons. The Act also places restrictions on the disposal of such estates and provides for registration of documents and the handling of claims. An interest in property which cannot by law be disposed of by testamentary disposition is not property for the purpose of this Act. The President shall appoint a suitable person to be the Administrator-General for the purposes of this Act. Administration of intestate estates may be granted by the court to the Administrator-General.
This Act amends the Administration of Estates Act in sections 40 and 41 by substituting "one million leones" for the words "fifty pounds" wherever they occur in those sections. Those sections concern the administration of small estates
