National Assembly decrees to carry out privatization of state property on the basis of annual programs validated by the National Assembly, National Bank and other banks must provide for timely carrying out banking operations connected with privatization of state property. The Ministry of Finance must allot finances for carrying out program of privatization of state property.

Unfinished constructions are considered objects that have validated project and allotted plot of land on which construction has not started. Object of privatization is also the right to prospect the stock of subsoil and natural resources. The document consists of VII Secs. that contain 35 Arts. The present Law regulates the modalities of setting up, functioning, liquidation of condominiums in multi-apartment residential buildings and regulates relations connected with ownership, management and disposal of common property of condominium. The plot of land owned by condominium is land area allotted to the condominium in conformity with legislation and comprises the plot of land on which condominium is situated (art. 1). Plots of land on which condominium is situated shall be considered thereto in permanent tenancy (art. 4).
