This Act amends the Land Leases Act by deleting “Companies Act [CAP 191]” (wherever occurring) and substituting “Companies Act No. 25 of 2012. It also makes amendments to section 4 on registration of leases held by companies in the Land Leases Register.

La presente Resolución crea el Sistema de Coordinación Interinstitucional para la Unificación de Información Predial de los Territorios Indígenas, con el objeto de dotar de seguridad jurídica la información con que cuenta el Estado en materia de propiedad colectiva de las comunidades indígenas respecto a los territorios que han ocupado ancestralmente.
This Regulation, consisting of 21 sections divided into six Parts and completed by five Schedules, establishes the requirements contracts for sale of land within the New South Wales territory.
Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Leaseholder of a plot of agricultural land pertaining to public or municipal ownership shall have the right of purchase of such plot of land in ownership in case the right of lease originates from conversion of permanent (open-ended) tenancy or life-long hereditary possession of such plot of land to lease, at the cost equal to 15 percent of its cadastre value”.

El presente Decreto Legislativo modifica la Ley de fortalecimiento de la camaricultura, respecto a la creación del Registro Especial Asociado de Concesiones o Contratos de Arrendamiento de Playones Nacionales para el Cultivo de Camarón, el cual está a cargo del Instituto de la Propiedad (IP), en el que debe inscribirse otorgamiento, modificación, cancelación, transmisión y gravamen de casa concesión; así mismo, debe inscribirse las mejoras actuales o futuras que los concesionarios efectúen en los predios otorgados en arrendamientos por el Estado (Artículo 6º).
The purpose of this Decree is to provide for the matters that are delegated by the Act on the Establishment, Management of Spatial Data and those necessary for its enforcement.
These Rules amend the Registered Land Rules in the Third Schedule. The Third Schedule prescribes forms for purposes of the Registered Land Act. Form R.L. 2 is amended by deleting the attestation clause and substituting therefore a new clause. This form concerns the transfer of a lease.

Les services techniques comprennent : le service d'immatriculation ; le service de la publicité foncière ; le service de l’informatique, des archives et de la recherche, le service de la législation et du contentieux, et le service administratif, financier et comptable.Cette Ordonnance qui s’applique aux immeubles bâtis et non bâtis soumis au régime de l’immatriculation foncière, fixe le régime de la propriété foncière en en République gabonaise.
This Act makes provision with respect to the creation and registration of leases. There shall be a Land Leases Register for the registration of each lease required to be registered by this Act. The Act defines various conditions applying to a registered lease and the effects of registration. Other provisions of this Act concern other titles in land such as mortgages and easements, co-ownership, transmission, trusts, and cautions.
