La presente Ley establece el ejercicio del derecho a la consulta y consentimiento previo, libre e informado a los pueblos indígenas, cada vez que se prevean medidas legislativas y administrativas que afecten sus derechos colectivos, entendiendo como estos sus tierras, territorios, recursos, modos de vida y cultura.
This Law prescribes for the land ownership, powers and responsibilities of the State in representing the entire-people ownership of land and uniformly managing land, the land management and use regimes, and the rights and obligations of land users over the land in the territory of Vietnam. The persons taking responsibility before the State for land use are: 1. The head of an organization, a foreign organization with diplomatic functions, or a foreign invested enterprise, is responsible for the land use by his/her organization. 2.
The purpose of this Act is to contribute to the efficient management of national land, safe marine transportation, and the protection of ownership of citizens, by prescribing matters concerning the standards and procedures for surveying and waterway survey as well as the preparation, management of cadastral records and comprehensive real estate records.
The Act is enacted to perfect cadastral management, ensure land rights, and promote land use.In order to investigate cadastral registration in which the contents of rights are incomplete or inconsistent with the existing laws and regulations, after clarifying the content of rights and ownership, the authority concerned shall register again. The municipal or county (city) authority concerned shall investigate within its jurisdiction the land cadastre.
This Order of the Cabinet Secretary implements provisions of the Land Registration Act in respect to the establishment and operation of land registration units as constituted under section 6 (l) of the Act. The Cabinet Secretary establishes registration units as set out in the First Schedule.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to the managEent of land registers in the Land of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Article 1 establishes that land registries have to be kept by the tribunals of first instance and that the relevant Land Registry Ordinance is to be applied. This Act, consisting of 250 sections divided into five Parts and one Schedule, establishes Land title and registration requirements.
Article 33 of the Land Code (No. 2768-III of 2001) shall be amended to add the following wording: “Land plots allotted for smallholding can be transferred by citizens for tenancy by legal entities of Ukraine and used by them for agricultural commodity production, farming without changing the specific use of these land plots”. Article 93 of the Land Code (No. 2768-III of 2001) shall be amended to add the following wording: “The term of lease of agricultural land for agricultural commodity production, farming and smallholding cannot be less than 7 years”. The Jamaica National Environmental Action Plan (JANEAP) is a national Plan with a multi-sectoral approach. The duration of the Plan is 3 years between 1999 and 2002.
