El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento de los programas de adjudicación de lotes con fines de vivienda a que se refiere el título III de la Ley que declara de interés nacional la promoción del acceso a la propiedad formal y su inscripción registral.
These Regulations implement provisions of the Land Act, 2012, with respect to a variety of matters including administration of public land and private land, conversion of freehold or leasehold tenure, compulsory acquisition, settlement programmes, easements and analogous rights, and evictions from unlawfully occupied public land.The National Land Commission shall keep and maintain a data base of all public land and an inventory of land based natural resources.
The Act declares the Conveyancing Act, 1911 of the United Kingdom to be applicable to Malawi. The Act shall, however, not apply to land registered in accordance with the Registered Land Act. In the application of the said Act to Malawi, references therein to “the court” shall be construed as references to the High Court of Malawi.
Las presentes disposiciones modifican el Decreto Nº 274 de 2012, reglamentario de la Ley Nº 26.737 en tema de protección del dominio nacional sobre la propiedad, posesión y tenencia de tierras rurales. Entre las modificaciones introducidas cabe destacar las que se refieren a los elementos a tener en cuenta para la determinación de la titularidad dominial, y al cómputo de la superficie de tierras rurales en supuestos especiales.
The National Land Policy was adopted by Jamaica in 1997 as a national policy for the land sector. It establishes the framework needed for Jamaica to become more progressive, transparent and modern in its approaches to land and geographic information management systems, land administration and utilization, land resources and environmental management, and land development planning. The goals and objectives of this Policy are to ensure the sustainable, productive and equitable development, use and management of the country’s natural resources.
La presente Resolución modifica la que tiene por objeto unificar las actividades relacionadas a la conformación, actualización, custodia y archivo del Expediente de Restitución de Tierras, respecto a los responsables de la conformación del expediente físico de restitución de tierras que estará a cargo del profesional catastral, social, étnico y jurídico a quien se le asigne el conocimiento de cada una de las solicitudes de restitución de tierras.
This Act, consisting of 40 sections, makes provisions with respect to land tenure rights, conveyance of lands, easements, transfer of land, leases, mortgages, foreign governments right to own land and various other matters relative to the registration of titles, use of land rights, transfer of land, etc.
This Act provides rules for the registration of title or other interests in land and related matters and provides for the form of transfer of title in land or other interest in land such as mortgages, caveats, leases and easements.There shall continue to be a Registrar of Land who shall be the Chief Executive Officer responsible for the administration of this Act. The Registrar may delegate the Registrar’s powers and functions to the Assistant Registrar of Land.
The present Law shall supplement Article 110 of the Land Code of Ukraine with a new part 3. According to this new part, division or consolidation of land plots shall not terminate the validity of limitations, encumbrances established for land plots, except for the instances when such a limitation (encumbrance) applied only to a part of a land plot which, as a result of dividing the relevant land plot, has not become a part of the new land plot formed. Article 125 of the Land Code of Ukraine shall be rendered in a new wording.
This Regional Law establishes that price of purchase of land plots located within the boundaries of regional urban areas destined for agricultural production, without edifices or constructions thereon previously allotted to agricultural organization or to peasant farm on condition of permanent (open-ended) tenancy or on condition of life-long hereditary possession shall be set at fifteen percent of cadastre value of the aforesaid plots of land.
