   The present Law enforces the Directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE).The specific purpose of the Law is to create the legal framework for the geo-data infrastructure in Brandenburg being part of the national geo-data infrastructure. In particular, the Law shall ensure that such data are: a) sustainable, up-to-date and of first quality; as well as b) simply and easily accessible.

The state fee for registering ownership rights and pledge rights in the Land Register is paid prior to the registration of such rights in the Land Register, and this payment is transferred to State basic budget.

   The Act is enacted to perfect cadastral management, ensure land rights, and promote land use.In order to investigate cadastral registration in which the contents of rights are incomplete or inconsistent with the existing laws and regulations, after clarifying the content of rights and ownership, the authority concerned shall register again. The municipal or county (city) authority concerned shall investigate within its jurisdiction the land cadastre.

   An Act to introduce a cadastral plan into the legislation of the province of Quebec. The task of implementing the said Act is entrusted to the Minister of Natural Resources, Wildlife and Parks who is going to apply the following rules some of which refer to, for example, contents of plans, establishment, original, townships, certification, regularization, land register.

   The present Law lays down provisions relating to charges for continuation of property registration in the real estate cadastre. Article 1 establishes that for changes in ownership in the real estate cadastre a fee (Cadastral Continuation Fee) shall be charged, otherwise the continuation of registration in the cadastre is free of charge. The Law consists of 6 articles.
