This Act amends the Unit Titles Act by deleting the Schedule thereto and substituting the Schedule attached to this Act. The Schedule specifies Islands to which this Act applies.

This Chapter makes provision with respect to unlawful transfers of real property in case of fraudulent transactions. Every instrument, other than a will, affecting an estate in real property, including every charge upon real property, or upon its rents or profits, made with intent to defraud prior or subsequent purchasers thereof, or encumbrancers thereon is void as against every purchaser or encumbrancer, for value, of the same property, or the rents or profits thereof.
This Act completely repeals the Urban Land Act No. 23 of 1993.

An Act to provide for matters relating to land within urban areas or urban communities declared by Order of the Minister in accordance with sections 2 and 3. The leases on land situated within urban communities are transferable freely between natural persons and/or bodies corporate subject to the following provisions: (a) all applications for the transfer of leases shall continue to be submitted to the Ministry of Lands for approval with copies given to the custom owners or their legal representative, or to the Municipality in the case of public land.
This Chapter regulates the use of Government land and defines uses for specific purposes and for specified parts of Guam. The Director with the approval of the Governor is authorized to grant permits for the use of any suitable government real property, not otherwise occupied or in use, and for any lawful purposes. Articles 2 to 5 provide for use of specific lands and the sale of such land to qualified purchasers. Article concerns a comprehensive development Master plan to be adopted for specified areas.
This Chapter provides for various matters relative to trusts in real property. Trusts shall be in writing in accordance with section 1. Sections 2 and 3 concern the protection of the purchaser of a trust. Section 4 concerns a trust given as security. Other provisions of this Act concern conveyancing of trusts and other dispositions regarding trusts and their legal effects.
This Act validates certain Acts on native title in Northern Territory. The Act consists of 13 sections and divided into the following Parts: Preliminary; Validation of Act attributable to the Territory; Effect of validation of certain past Acts; Effects of validation of certain intermediate period Acts; Extinguishment of native title by previous possession Acts; Effects of previous non-exclusive possession Act on native title; Past grants of title; Other effects of validation; Confirmation of certain rights under section 212 of the Commonwealth Act.
This Act amends the Valuation Act in provisions respecting fees. Sections 20, 23 and 25 are amended so as to change "prescribed fees" in "fees". Fees are not anymore prescribed by authority.

This Act makes provision for the valuation of property, for the registration of land valuers and for the establishment of a Papua and New Guinea Valuers Registration Board. The Act defines the procedures and criteria of valuation of property including land. There shall be various kinds of valuers, i.e. a valuer of urban land, a valuer of rural land or a valuer competent for both kinds of land. Land valuers shall be registered in accordance with this Act in the Register of Valuers.
This Act concerns public control on the valuation of land. The general role of the Valuer-General is: (a) to exercise functions with respect to the valuation of land in Vanuatu; and (b) to ensure the integrity of valuations under this Act; and (c) to act as a land referee in disputes regarding rentals and land values (sects 3 to 6). The Principal Valuation Officer is to ascertain the value of each parcel of land in Vanuatu and any land value ascertained under this Act is to be entered in the Valuation Roll.
