El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento del Régimen Temporal Extraordinario de Formalización y Titulación de Predios Rurales, que tiene por objeto establecer los procedimientos y trámites para el ejercicio de las competencias asignadas al Organismo de Formalización de la Propiedad Informal (COFOPRI).

This Act makes provision for rights in land of the Crown and citizens of Barbuda and related matters such as registration and provides rules relative to the development of land in Barbuda.The Act states that all land shall be owned in common by the people of Barbuda and that the land shall vest in the Crown on behalf of the people of Barbuda. No land in Barbuda shall be sold and no person shall acquire the ownership of any land. The Council of Barbuda may grant leases of land for major developments.
These Rules prescribe in the Schedule forms that shall be used in all cases under Part X of the Government Lands Act.
These Rules establish Government Lands Registration Offices at Nairobi and Mombasa and specify for each office the transactions relating to Government land that shall be registered in that office.

This Act of New Zealand, consisting of 24 Parts and three Schedules, provides for matters of government of the Cook Islands, for various matters of general law of the Cook Islands and for the administration of various matters relating to public and private land.The Act provides for the institution of Island Councils and the High Court of the Cook Islands. It defines criminal offences and prescribes criminal procedures.
The aim of this Law is to regulate land registration in Dubai. This Law is composed of 11 Chapters divided into 29 articles. Chapter 1 deals with terms and definitions. Chapter 2 specifies the scope of application and rights of ownership. Chapter 3 contains general provisions. Chapter 4 provides for the jurisdiction of the Department of Lands and Properties. Chapter 5 and 6 pertain to land register, registration and recording. Chapter 7 provides for alterations or corrections of records in land's register. Chapter 8 refers to maps. Chapter 9 addresses dividing and merging.
This Act: confers powers upon the President of Kenya to grant title or other rights in Government lands; provides for the appointment of a Commissioner of Lands and such other officers as may be necessary for the administration of this Act; and defines procedures and other requirements such as registration in respect to grant of title or other rights in Government land.The Act consists of 146 sections divided into 11 Parts.The President may make grants or dispositions of any estates, interests or rights in or over unalienated Government land in accordance with section 3.
The present Act lays down provisions relating to expropriation of land.

To invalidate paragraphs 1,2,4,7 of the item 3, paragraphs 1,2 of the item 5, paragraph 2 of the item 8, paragraphs 4,9 of the item 9 of the Presidential Decree No.167 of 1993 regarding the regulation of land relationship and the promotion of land reform in Russia. 3).
