The Adaptation (Ada) Consortium, a core component of the National Drought Management Authority in Kenya is piloting County Climate Change Funds (CCCF) as a Devolved Climate Finance (DCF) mechanism in five arid and semi arid counties of Garissa, Isiolo, Kitui, Makueni and Wajir.
