The present Law enforces the Directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE).The specific purpose of the Law is to create the legal framework for the geo-data infrastructure in Brandenburg being part of the national geo-data infrastructure. In particular, the Law shall ensure that such data are: a) sustainable, up-to-date and of first quality; as well as b) simply and easily accessible.

This Law, consisting of 8 articles, creates the State Council protecting rights of Indigenous People (COPIBA) within the State of Bahia.

The present Law enforces the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2010. In particular, the present Law regulates the: a) enforcement of the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2007; b) collection and use of spatial information of the Canton and municipalities; c) establishment and running of the digital cadastre. The present Law lays down provisions relating to the official land valuation and security right over real property. Article 1 establishes that the Executive Council shall elect for the constitutional term of four years a Valuation Commission. This Act of New Zealand, consisting of 24 Parts and three Schedules, provides for matters of government of the Cook Islands, for various matters of general law of the Cook Islands and for the administration of various matters relating to public and private land.The Act provides for the institution of Island Councils and the High Court of the Cook Islands. It defines criminal offences and prescribes criminal procedures.

This Act provides rules relative to the exploration for and the exploitation of mineral resources and related matters such as the protection of the environment and the use of water resources.This Act declares all rights of ownership in minerals to be vested in the Basotho nation. Mineral rights may be acquires and exploited in accordance with this Act. The Act sets out restrictions on the acquisition of mineral rights. Mineral rights are: a prospecting licence; a mining lease; a mineral permit for small-scale mining operations (together: "mineral concessions").

This Law, composed of 4 articles, authorises the Government to define the legal status of land thus revising former Law No. 2030 of 22 June 1948. In particular, the Law provides the framework under which the Government shall revise the former system.

This Law is composed of 13 articles. Article 1 decrees desert lands a private State property. Article 2 deals with the following matters: appropriation of desert lands before the issuance of this Law shall not considered an acquired rights of disposal or decision nor compensation either real rights on these lands; all tribunals, judicial committees and cadastre judges shall abstain from examination, decision, valuation and judgment in complaints and denunciations related to desert lands (Albadeya); and, stopping registration of desert lands.

This Law contains provisions on: contents of land books; cadastral survey; cadastral territorial units and their specific zoning; land sorting capability (including agricultural land evaluation); maintenance survey; process for the establishment, management and maintenance of national land register; and various other rules governing the rights and obligations of land tenure/land concession holders on the territory of the Brcko District (autonomous self-government part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).

This Law regulates the establishment, internal organization, activities and primary objectives, financing, administration rules and physical registration of local communities in the Brcko District of Bosnia and Herzegovina.The provisions of this Law are aimed to correctly deregulate the status and functioning of the local community management, including its related activities and interest sectors.The Law is divided into 8 Chapters and 31 articles, including offences and related penalties.
