These Regulations, consisting of 40 sections divided into four Parts and completed by two Schedules, provide for the division of land into lots and common property, and for the administration of the land by the owners of the lots. It indicates the requirements relating to plans, and the provisions for the administration of community schemes and are divided as follows: Preliminary (1); Requirements relating to plans (2); Administration of community schemes (3); and Miscellaneous (4). Schedules deal with forms and related fees.
