The LandAssess Tool is a risk assessment and management framework. It provides a clear and simple set of checklists that generate a report to help companies assess and manage how they respect land rights. This tool responds to the gap between companies’ commitments to recognize land rights and their ability to give life to that commitment in their operations.

Mozambique
Rapports et recherchesRessources et Outils d'entraînementavril, 2012Mozambique, AfriqueMozambique, the only Lusophone country covered in the agribusiness indicators initiative, has had a turbulent history since independence. Even so, Mozambique could be a regional breadbasket. The country has much potentially usable arable land, along with access to river water for irrigation in many agricultural production zones, particularly in central and northern Mozambique.
