   Part 1 of this Decree of the Ministry of Environment lays down some amendments and addenda to Decree on requirements for the landfill of waste. In particular, it establishes new requirements for the content of pollutants in wastes used on the terrain surface, requirements for the content of pollutants in sediments used on the terrain surface (replaced Annex 10) and conditions for the use of waste on the surface of the ground (replaced Annex 11). Part 2 of the present Decree lays down some amendments to Decree on waste disposal.

   This Decree, which was prepared by the Ministry of Environment in cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Health, lays down, in accordance with European Union legislation: (a) technical conditions for the use of treated sludge on agricultural land; (b) concentration limits of selected hazardous substances in soil; (c) heavy metal concentration limits that may be added to agricultural land for ten years; (d) concentration limits of selected hazardous substances in sludge for the use on agricultural land; (e) microbiological criteria for the use of sludge; (f) sludge

   This Decree lays down some amendments to the Decree on requirements for the landfill of waste. In particular, the present Decree lays down technical requirements for landfills and conditions of their use (originally specified in art. 3 of the amended Decree) and general technical requirements and conditions for the use of waste on the ground surface (art. 12).

   This Act sets up the State Fund for Soil Improvement. It also lays down amendments to the the Act on conditions of converting agricultural and forest lands from ownership of the state to other persons and to the Agriculture Law. As from 1 January 2006, the State Fund of Soil Improvement takes over the rights and obligations pertaining to the Ministry of Agriculture in matter of soil improvement.

   This Act lays down detailed provisions to implement the Act on the relations of ownership of land and other agrarian property. In particular, it defines the competences and tasks of the Czech Republic administrative authorities, with specific regard to those pertaining to the Ministry of Agriculture.
