Regulation on the content and elaboration of the documentation for the formation of real estate objects regulates the content and method of developing cadastral documentation for the formation of land plots irrespective of their specific uses, the absence or presence of constructions thereon, the formation of buildings and isolated premises, regardless of the type of property, as well as the formation of land plots of public property.
Regulation on organization and functioning of Public Property Agency establishes the mission, spheres of competence, functions and rights of the Agency. The Agency is the central administrative body, subordinated to the Government, which ensures the implementation of the state policy in the areas pertaining to its competence.
This Law regulates the legal relations arising in the process of development and implementation of state policy in the field of tourism, the organization and coordination of tourism activities, entrepreneurial activities in the field of tourism, types of tourism, the creation and functioning of national tourist zones, establishes requirements for the quality of tourist services, ensuring the safety of tourists, and also defines the principles of international cooperation in the field of tourism.
This Law regulates property relations and classifies the types of ownership in three categories: (a) private; (b) collective; and (c) public. It establishes that the objects of property shall be land, subsoil, water resources, vegetable and animal kingdom. Plots of land and vegetation thereon can pertain to private ownership. Land, subsoil, water, forests and other natural resources shall be public property. Foreign land tenure shall be authorized except for agricultural land and forest land.
Land Code shall be supplemented with Article 6/1 establishing that plots of land and rights thereto shall be subject to compulsory land registration at the territorial cadastre of immovable property irrespectively of classification and purposeful use thereof; with the Article 15/1 specifying that five hectares of agricultural land pertaining to public property shall be allotted to monasteries free of charge; Article 41/1 establishing that the object of lease contract shall be land of any category and purposeful use, and also land share; and Article 70/1 regulating consolidation of agricultu
Article 10 shall be supplemented with paragraph 2 of the following wording: “In case of making purchase and sale contract of land associated with privatized objects or objects subject to privatization, land associated with private enterprises, as well as of land associated with unfinished constructions lease contract previously concluded by the local self-government shall be declared null and void from the moment of entry into force of the aforesaid land purchase and sale contract”.
This Law regulates the activity of public municipal services, including water abstraction and supply of potable water, sewage and thermal energy supply. Plots of land required for rendering of public municipal services shall be expropriated and transferred under public ownership. Public municipal services shall be based upon the following principles: (a) sustainability; (b) accountability and legality; (c) local autonomy; (d) decentralization; and (e) environmental protection and rational management of natural resources.
This Law shall have as its purpose to set legal grounds for lease in agriculture, and to establish rights and duties of lessors and lessees. The Act consists of nine Sections divided into 29 articles: (1) general provisions; (2) right of lease; (3) rights and duties of the contracting parties; (4) lease fee and sublease of agricultural land; (5) use of rented agricultural property; (6) lease of public agricultural land; (7) lease of agricultural assets; (8) liability; and (9) conclusive and transitional provisions.
