    Cameroun

    Rainfall, water, sediment yields and evaporation were quantified in three catchment areas with undisturbed rain forest, selectively logged forest, and forest with shifting cultivation respectively. Despite a considerable regional variation in rainfall(1700-2300 mm/a), annual evaporation rates were similar (1209-1314 mm/a). The impact of land use practices on water yield is negligible compared to the effect of rainfall.

    Het bestand LGN7 geeft voor Nederland landsdekkende informatie over landgebruik. Het is een rasterbestand met een resolutie van 25*25 m hetgeen overeenkomt met een 1:50.000 schaal. Het bestand geeft een tijdsbeeld van het landgebruik voor 2012 dat voor zowel beleidsanalyses als voor modelinput is te gebruiken. In het bestand worden 39 verschillende typen landgebruik onderscheiden die geaggregeerd worden naar de acht monitoringsklassen: agrarisch gebied, kassen, boomgaarden, bossen, water, stedelijk gebied, infrastructuur en natuur.

    In opdracht van het ministerie van LNV en in samenwerking met de provincie Overijssel is dit advies opgesteld. Er is een geplande Robuuste verbindingszone Holterberg-Haaksbergerveen, met het hoogste ambitie niveau B3. Deze verbinding zou moeten fungeren als bosverbinding, met grasland en klein water. LNV Directie Oost met de provincie Overijssel heeft verzocht te onderzoeken wat de effecten zijn op het functioneren van de verbinding.

    The Netherlands submitted data on afforestation, reforestation and deforestation (article 3.3 of the Kyoto Protocol) as well as on additional activities (article 3.4 of the Kyoto Protocol), as requested by the UNFCCC per 1st of August 2000. Article 3.3 under the IPCC scenario gives a 0,011 Mt C sink for the first commitment period. The article 3.4 activities give a source of 12,7 Mt CO2 due to grassland on peatlands, which are a large CO2-source in the Netherlands. Non CO2-gases and soil carbon are excluded
