The Parliament Assembly of Kosovo was originally established by the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo in 2001[2] to provide 'provisional, democratic self-government'.


On February 17, 2008, representatives of the people of Kosovo[3] declared that Kosovo is independent from Serbia and subsequently adopted a constitution, which came into effect on 15 June 2008.

The Sate of Amhara is located in the north western and north central part of Ethiopia. The State shares common borders with the state of Tigray in the north, Afar in the east, Oromiya in the south, Benishangul/Gumuz in the south west, and the Republic of Sudan in the west.

The Regional State of Afar consists of 5 administrative zones, 32 Woredas and 28 towns.  Afar is the origin of human species, where a 4.4 million years old humanoid is recently discovered.
