The Land Portal Foundation seeks six dynamic and highly motivated regional consultants to conduct research about the land governance context in specific countries, as well as, to develop partnerships and to communicate land information. These are part-time (5 days a month) for a 12-month period,  with the possibility of renewal based on performance and depending on funding availability.

The Centre for the Indigenous Peoples’ Autonomy and Development (CADPI) is a social organisation dedicated to research and studying of issues related with the indigenous peoples in Nicaragua, regional in Central America and Latin America and on a global level.

The Centre of Research in the Economics of Development (CRED) is a center for research devoted to studying problems of economic development, particularly issues of micro-institutions, collective action, market development, and political economics.

Most of the research carried out inCRED is based on first-hand data collected by members in various countries of Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Works of both theoretical and empirical nature are regularly produced by a staff of six permanent academic members and between 10to 15 PhD students and post-doc researchers.
