Con el objetivo de identificar las especies de roedores pequeños asociadas a un sistema de producción de ganado de leche ubicado en Turrialba, Cartago, Costa Rica, se muestreó durante los meses de mayo del 2007 a abril del 2008 un área de potrero con cobertura permanente de pasto estrella africana (Cynodon nlemfuensis), una área de instalaciones y un bosque secundario de 15 años.
This Law provides rules applicable to the acquisition of land by the States through compulsory purchase on behalf of the public as authorized by Special Law, i.e. a Law confirmed by Order of Her Majesty in Council. The power under Special Law may include the right to acquire or extinguish a servitude or other right over land.
This Order prescribes information required in a statement for the purposes of article 4(1)(a) of the Taxation (Land Transactions) (Jersey) Law 2009 and concerns a land transaction tax (LTT) receipt as defined by article 9 of the Law.

This Law requires a licence to be obtained for a new undertaking or a new development. “Development” has the same meaning as in the Island Planning (Jersey) Law 1964. An application for a licence shall be in the form required from time to time by the Minister and shall contain or be accompanied by such particulars as the Minister may require. The Minister may attach conditions to a licence.
These Regulations exempts certain transactions from restrictions on transfer and sale of agricultural land put in place by article 2 of the Agricultural Land (Control of Sales and Leases) (Jersey) Law 1974.

This Order provides general rules and specifies permitted development for articles 8(3)(a) of the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002. That provision empowers the Minister to grant, by Order, planning permission in respect of a class or classes of development specified in Schedule 2 Order.
This Law enables the National Trust for Jersey to enter into agreements with persons willing to accept restrictions on the development or use of land in which they hold rights. The Trust shall have power to enforce such agreement or covenant against entitled persons with respect to adjacent land.
This Order concerns public inquiries a public inquiry be held in respect of an application for planning permission in accordance with article 12 of the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002. It sets out the procedure of such inquiries and provides for appointment of an inspector and supporting officers for purposes of an inquiry.
This Law grants power to local authorities to authorize the occupation of a “chose publique”, i.e. any area of land over which the public has, under the customary law of Jersey, the right to pass without let or hindrance, whether on foot or with animals or vehicles, including any highway, but excluding any park or sea beach.
This Order specifies jurisdictions for the purposes of articles 6(7) and 21(1) of the Probate (Jersey) Law 1998. Article 6 provides for the application for and the making of a grant of probate or administration. Article 21 provides for protection for person releasing movable estate without grant.
