The present Ordinance enforces the Cantonal Spatial Information Ordinance of 26 June 2010 and the Federal Official Survey Ordinance of 18 November 1992. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to official land survey in the Canton Schwyz. The text consists of 37 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Marking and maintenance (II); Renewal (III); Geographical names of official survey (IV); Areas with permanent soil erosion (V); Regular updating (VI); AlphaTransactions between official surveying and land registration (VII); Extracts and evaluation of the cadastral survey (VIII).
