This Act, consisting of 25 sections divided into three Parts and completed by one Schedule, regulates the activities of land valuers, which are persons who carry on a business that consists of or involves valuing land. The Act defines the qualifications required to carry out the business of land valuers, regulates their activities and provides for the solution of disputes arising from their work.
