This Order, by virtue of the powers vested in Section 2 of the Urban Development Projects (Special Provisions) Act, No. 2 of 1980. I, Mahinda Rajapaksa, President of Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka and the Minister-in-charge of Defence and Urban Development, establish that the land specified in the schedule urgently requires an Urban Development Project. The land depicted as Lot No. "A" in Classification Tracing No. Co/DSO/2013/951 dated 04.11.2013 prepared by Superintendent of Surveys (Colombo District) containing an extent of 1.4774 Hectares situated in the Ward No. 34, Narahenpita within the Municipal Council limits of Colombo in the Divisional Secretary's Division of Thimbirigasyaya in the District of Colombo, Western Province Assment. No. extent and boundaries of the said allotment of land as specified.
