This Law sets forth principles and procedures of registration and demarcation of land, and the duties and authorities of the state agencies and municipalities in this respect. The Law consists of 15 Articles and 4 Sections. It contains provisions on principles of land structure and land administration, land registration, demarcation of land borders, nomenclature and classification of land, establishment of administrative units for land management, land use planning, land registry, and sanctions.

Although not all types of data are available, and some conversions may be needed, the information provided does allow for quick and easy simulations of basins. The Semi-Distributed Land-Use Runoff Process (SLURP) hydrological model has been designed to take advantage of such data sources.
