    A travers l’étude du cas d’Agadir, l’article est un essai prospectif surle rapport des différentes stratégies foncières et immobilières au Maroc à la production du logement «abordable». Par une approche systémique, l’article interpele les stratégies d’usage foncier urbain comme ressource territoriale à la fois convoitée dansun système productiviste et pierre angulaire pour l’aménagement du territoire. Il questionne aussi, la position de la production dulogement abordable dans le contexte de l’investissement immobilier actuel et la possibilité de son redressement.

    El objetivo general de este artículo es analizar la incidencia de la concentración, extranjerización y financiarización de los territorios rurales, mediados por el estado uruguayo y liderados por Sociedades Anónimas (SA), en la consolidación de los procesos de acaparamiento de tierras en Uruguay en el siglo XXI. La estrategia de investigación incluyó la georreferenciación de las tierras controladas, la caracterización del despliegue territorial, y la orientación productiva de las SA, y la evaluación de las estrategias institucionales.

While the guidelines focus on the project level, an improved understanding of climate change impacts should also be used to incorporate climate change considerations into agriculture planning and policy at the country level.

    The history of land rights in the Lao People’s Democratic Republic (Lao PDR), hereafter referred to as Laos,  is a history of customary land tenure systems which remain the most prevalent form of land tenure. As social systems, land tenure systems in Laos have been affected by and have adapted to external forces such as neighboring kingdoms, colonialization, geopolitics and war, migration, and global economic trends. Ongoing rapid changes in national socioeconomic conditions and domestic political goals continue to alter the customary tenure landscape.

    In contrast to most Latin American countries with high land concentration, 1 Guatemala has been unwilling to consider re-distributive agrarian reform.2 One alternative proposed, therefore, for improving access to land for the rural poor is to make the land market more accessible. The following sections will describe Guatemala’s agrarian structure and land market, and assess the various land market programs implemented in Guatemala since the 1950s, focusing mainly on those undertaken in the 1980s and 90s.

    En este artículo se explora si los conflictos socioecológicos vinculados a procesos de desposesión por inversiones turístico-residenciales pueden ser analizados desde la perspectiva de la visión que construyen estos sectores de su relación con el turismo. Se analiza el caso concreto de Guanacaste, Costa Rica, donde se ha experimentado una gran intensidad tanto en el desarrollo de la inversión turística como en los conflictos ecológicos por el agua, entre las comunidades rurales y las inversiones en turismo residencial apoyadas por el Estado.
