    It studies the preconditions of creation, functioning of farms in Ukraine and foreign countries. In the course of the study revealed that over the years 1990-2015, the number of farms increased from 332 to 54 302 is 915, 40 thousand hectares of land. For a specified period on one farm had between 12.0 to 78.8 ha of agricultural land (the most notable growth occurred in the period from 1990-1995, he was almost 100 times).
    Despite this, farming did not become efficient producers of agricultural products.

    Cadastral maps as a basis for developing street maps: examples from Australia and Brunei

    Cadastral maps can be used as an effective initial set of data for new street maps in particular, and any type of large scale map project in general. This is due to a) a high degree of currency and accuracy of the digital cadastral database (DCDB); b) DCDB’s overall high level of reliability in terms of completeness; and c) the availability of DCDB to the public. It is within the context of these three notable features that the Australian and Bruneian experiences with DCDB are examined.

    This Regulation implements the Land Title Act 1994. It specifies the location of offices of the land registry, the forms to be used in the office of the land registry and the fees payable under the Act. The Regulation is completed by two Schedules, one on offices of the land registry and one on fees.

It amends the Native Title Act 1993, the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Act 2005, the Aboriginal Land (Lake Condah and Framlingham Forest) Act 1987, the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Act 1976 and some other Acts.

    These Regulations implement the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1972 by defining powers of the Minister which may determine to what protected areas the public or any person be admitted and the conditions upon which admittance shall be allowed; and may restrict the access to any protected area.The Regulations further provide for offences and penalties, activities requiring written consent of the Minister, etc.
