    The objective of the Regulations (22 sections, 8 Schedules) is to set out procedures for registration and endorsement of registration of Surveyors (reg. 3). They include detailed rules concerning training and registration of Surveyors - course, training agreement, prescribed qualifications, examinations, cadastral law assignment and registration of Surveyors. The Schedules contain forms for various applications, prescribed qualifications and certificates.

    This Act revokes the reservations and Crown grants related to certain lands in Victoria. Under section 9, consequences of the revocation include that the land is that land is deemed to be unalienated land of the Crown, freed and discharged from all trusts, limitations, reservations, restrictions, encumbrances, estates and interests and the appointment of any committee of management of that land is revoked to the extent that it relates to that land.

    An Act to provide for the Reservation of Crown Lands for certain purposes and for the Management of such Reserved Lands and for other purposes.

    This Act, consisting of seven Parts, provides for the reservation of certain Crown lands and their management. Reserved lands are managed by committees of management whose functions and powers are defined in Part 3. Part 4 contains special provisions on certain reserved lands: land used for horse or greyhound racing, landing grounds, marinas, sport facilities and activities and mineral springs. Part 6 contains provisions relating to particular Crown land reserves.
