    These Regulations amend the Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) (England) Regulations 2015 by substituting new Form 3 for the equivalent form prescribed in the principal Regulations. Schedule 3 sets out a notice of a property to let on an Assured Tenancy or an Assured Agricultural occupancy. Amendments have been made to reflect the new ground for possession under section 8 of the Housing Act 1988, ground 7B, which was introduced by section 41 of the Immigration Act 2016.

    These Regulations amend the Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) (England) Regulations 2015 by substituting new Forms 3, 4 and 5 for the equivalent forms prescribed in the principal Regulations. Amendments have also been made to regulation 3A (Review) of the principal Regulations which require the Secretary of State to review the operation and effect of the requirement to use the prescribed forms inserted by these Regulations (Forms Nos 3, 4 and 5) and publish a report.

    These Regulations amend the Common Agricultural Policy Basic Payment and Support Schemes (Wales) Regulations 2015 and the Common Agricultural Policy (Integrated Administration and Control System and Enforcement and Cross Compliance) (Wales) Regulations 2014 by inserting provisions which provide that there will be a national reserve established by the Welsh Ministers setting out, in priority order, how funds in that reserve will be used.

    These Regulations specify descriptions of land that need not be included in the register of land to be established and maintained by relevant authorities under section 94(1) of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015. It includes land used for water purposes. Section 94 requires each relevant authority to establish and maintain a register of specified land. The land is land which, to the best of the authority’s knowledge and belief, is owned or leased by a relevant authority.

    These Regulations describe the localities into which community planning partnerships must divide local authority areas for the purpose of carrying out locality planning under Part 2 (section 9(2)) of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015. Section 9 requires each community planning partnership, for the purposes of locality planning, to divide the area of the local authority into smaller areas.

    These Regulations make minor corrections to the Community Right to Buy (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Regulation 2(2) substitutes the reference to the year “2015” in regulation 1(3)(d)(ii) of the 2015 Regulations with a reference to the year “2016”. Regulation 2(3) adds the words “to the ballotter” into regulation 20(2) of the 2015 Regulations. Regulation 2(4)(b) amends Schedule 11 to the 2015 Regulations to add an additional entry concerning the result into the form of return that must be notified by the ballotter as required by section 52(3) of the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2003.

    This note provides country of origin information (COI) and policy guidance to Home Office decision makers on handling particular types of protection and human rights claims. This includes whether claims are likely to justify the granting of asylum, humanitarian protection or discretionary leave and whether – in the event of a claim being refused – it is likely to be certifiable as ‘clearly unfounded’ under s94 of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002.

    This Order transfers certain functions of Northern Ireland departments to other Northern Ireland departments. The functions which immediately before the transfer date are exercisable by the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development under or for the purposes of the statutory provisions set out in Schedule 2 are transferred as from that date to the Department for Infrastructure.

    These Regulations specify the criteria for development which is of national significance for the purposes of section 62D of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and the types of development which could be of national significance. This includes dams and reservoirs; transfer of water resources; waste water treatment plants and hazardous waste facilities. These Regulations also prescribe consents for the purposes of the 1990 Act and make consequential amendments. The prescribed consents are “secondary consents” for the purposes of sections 62E to 62G of that Act.
