The Federal Law is composed of 8 articles. Article 1 determines legal regulation in the field of delimitation of state property on land.     This Law establishes the purpose, obligations and legal grounds regarding the registration of immovable property and related transactions. The following rights to immovable property shall be subject to state registration: (a) ownership; (b) economic management; (c) operating management; (d) land tenure of at least one year; and (e) servitude for a period of no less than one year. The following pre-emptive rights shall not require mandatory state registration: (a) land tenure for a period less than one year; and (b) servitude for a period less than one year.
