La présente loi concerne les constructions et les installations diverses. Notamment, l’article 1er établit que sur tout le territoire du canton nul ne peut être fait sans y avoir été autorisé, comme par exemple modifier la configuration d’un terrain, ou. élever en tout ou partie une construction ou une installation, notamment un bâtiment locatif, industriel ou agricole.
The present Law introduces some substantial amendments to the Land Transaction Law 2001 (LGBl. 9/2002). In particular, the Law adds a chapter 2a to article 13 on Acquisition of building land. The afore-mentioned chapter consists of: Sphere of application, objectives (art. 13a); Building land (art. 13b); Legal transactions subject to registration (art. 13c); Terms of use (art. 13d). Furthermore, article 35 on Penalties is reworded and article 35a on References to federal Legislation is added.
Amends: Land Transaction Law 2001. (2001-12-12)
The purpose of the present Act is to transpose into national legislation the Directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE). Article 1 of the above-mentioned Act establishes that the present Act regulates the creation, maintenance and organization of a national spatial data infrastructure. In particular the Act aims to provide authorities, economy, science and the public with spatial information in a sustainable, up to date, quick and simple way.
The present Law provides for the implementation of the Federal Land Consolidation Act of 14 July 1953 (BGBl. I p. 591). In particular, article 1 of the above-mentioned Law establishes that the supreme and superior authorities for land consolidation in Schleswig-Holstein are, respectively, the Agriculture, Environment and Rural Space Office, and the Ministry of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Space.
The purpose of the present Act is to establish a national spatial data infrastructure. The Act provides the legal framework for: 1) access to spatial data, spatial data and metadata services of spatial data holding agencies and 2) the use of such data and services, especially for measures which may have some impact on the environment.
The present Law enforces the Federal Agricultural Soil Act of 4 October 1991. In particular, the Canton promotes the efforts of the federal government to maintain an efficient agriculture according to the federal rural soil legislation and shall take the necessary measures for its implementation. The text – consisting of 8 articles – deals with the following aspects: principles, sphere of application, duties of alpine cooperatives, duties of land registry office, cantonal right of pre-emption, cottages, local courts and entry into force.

The purpose of the present Law is to achieve a balanced and economical use of land with a view to the natural living conditions, protection of nature and cultural heritage. The text consists of 68 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Planning law (II); Planning regulations (III); Legal protection (IV); Penalties (V); Transitional and final provisions (VI).
The present Law regulates land use planning in the Canton Graubünden. The Law establishes the task to be fulfilled by municipalities, associations and the Canton. Furthermore, the Law lays down provisions relating to building and zoning and to cantonal procedures. The present Law implements various articles of the Federal Land Consolidation Act in its consolidated version of 16 March 1976 (BGBl. I p. 546). In particular, the Law establishes the competent authorities responsible for the enforcement of the above-mentioned Federal Act. The present Act regulates the: a) construction, alteration, demolition, maintenance and use of buildings and facilities with the aim to promote the design and development quality in the communities; b) orderly and soil-saving development of the country. The text consists of 103 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Planning rights (II); Building rights (III); Organization and implementation (IV); Legal protection (V); Penalties (VI); Transitional and final provisions (VII).
