    This Act sets conditions for the exercise of land survey activities. In order to fulfill this capacity, a person must be appointed by the Minister of Environment, must be of legal age, is not under bankruptcy, has passed the Danish surveyor exam and has at least 3 years’ experience following the surveying examination, and has participated in the commonly occurring cadastral works by recruitment from a practicing surveyor – either by Survey and Cadastre Authority of the Jutland department or cadastral authority in Copenhagen and Frederiksberg Municipality.

    This Law shall regulate protection and state management of protection of immovable cultural properties, located within the territory and territorial waters of the Republic of Lithuania, and according to right of ownership, belonging to the state, local governments, religious organizations and other legal and natural persons.     This Act shall have effect, subject to such exceptions and modifications as may be prescribed, in relation to granting hazardous substances consent for planning authorities. For the purposes of this Act the Secretary of State shall by regulations specify the substances that are hazardous substances, and specify the quantity which is to be the controlled quantity of any such substance. Subject to the provisions of this Act, the presence of a hazardous substance on, over or under land requires the consent of the planning authority (sect. 2).

    This Law makes provision for the legal registration of land, buildings, structures and other real property ,the status of the Real Property Register of the Republic of, the establishment of this register, its record-keeping, reorganization and liquidation, the rights, duties and liability of the institutions managing the Real Property Register. Keeping of the Real Property Register shall be the responsibility of county governors. The Real Property Register shall be kept by district and municipal subdivisions of county governor administration.
