    An integrated pollutant release and transfer register at the national level has been established to facilitate public participation in environmental decision-making. This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of five paragraphs and one Annex, lays down: (1) form of report containing information necessary for the National Pollutant Release and Transfer Register, (2) forms of submitting the report; (3) required techniques of submitting the report. The form of the questionnaire is specified in the Annex.

    The Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of two paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes new conditions which have to be fulfilled while inserting sewage into water or land, and amends the list of substances particularly harmful to water environment. Annex 1 specifies maximum values of pollution indicators for treated industrial sewage. Annex 2 lays down referential methodologies of sewage samples analysis.

In particular it specifies the new form of declaration which has to be signed by an entity buying soil improvers. During the purchase it has to be declared that the improvers will be used only as soil improvers and will not be used to feed livestock.

    This Act lays down principles of protection of agricultural and forest land, recultivation and improvement of land quality.     The Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development lays down some amendments to the Regulation amending the Regulation establishing record keeping of waters, water reclamation equipment and reclaimed land. In particular, the present Regulation amends the scope of data used to update the record on waters, water reclamation equipment and reclaimed land, originally specified in art. 6 of the amended Regulation.
