Este documento ofrece recomendaciones de política pública para ayudar al desarrollo sostenible de sociedades pastoras hechas a partir de una investigación sobre la evolución de los regímenes de tenencia y sus implicancias en la sostenibilidad del sistema de producción pastoril. La evidencia muestra que los regímenes colectivos de tierra generan condiciones para el desarrollo de sistemas productivos sostenibles mientras los regímenes individuales de tenencia de tierra no generan dichas condiciones poniendo en peligro la sostenibilidad de los sistemas productivos pastoriles.

Este artículo se adentra en el examen de las contradicciones por dominios de tierras entre las comunidades de Chulluncane y Villablanca del altiplano de Tarapacá. Analiza la dimensión simbólica y material de las disputas territoriales, el carácter histórico de las desavenencias y los aportes de geógrafos y otros cientistas para comprenderlos.

This article analyze the promotion of the Peruvian economy from an Administrative Law perspective. Hereof, it describe the main regulations changes which have generated substantial variations in the process for obtaining several permits, such as environmental management intruments and easement rights, needed for the development of investment projects. In general, those changes are related to the reduction of the terms applicable for its obtainting and the elimination of bureaucracy.In this context, the easement right is one of the most important changes.

Property rights represent the maximum power over a good. This is the essence of that right. However, beyond that base is possible a greater or smaller degree of limitation, according to the legal system and the prevailing ideology in the Constitution. the author argues that it is essential to tie the concept to the prevailing economic system, because in a closed economy we can tolerate greater limitations on this right that in an open economy. Peru, certainly, changed its model to an open economy in 1993, when it limited the possibility of expropriation.

Forests at the tropical Valley of the Apurimac and Ene rivers (VRAE), the second coca-growing region of Peru, are public common resources and nevertheless privately managed mainly by coca farmers, without effective State control of such use. The need for survival of the coca farmers, their chrematistic perception of the forest, the cultivation of cocoa (theobroma cacao) and land availability are crucial factors influencing the rates of deforestation of primary and secondary forest. Variables such as the legality of land tenure seem to have no influence.

La investigación titulada: Unión de hecho y su implicancia en el derecho de propiedad en el distrito judicial de Ucayali-2015 a 2016, abarca un conjunto de múltiples y heterogéneas realidades humanas, cuyo elemento común es el ser convivencias (de tipo sexual) que no son matrimonio. Se caracterizan precisamente por ignorar, postergar o aun rechazar el compromiso conyugal. De esto se derivan graves consecuencias; por ejemplo, la unión de hecho en el derecho sucesorio no presentaba, hasta hace poco, ningún cuestionamiento, y era unánime señalar que los convivientes no heredan.
