    Целью исследований являлась оценка влагообеспеченности почв различных угодий – лесная полоса, залежь, пашня. Наблюдения проведены в антропогенно преобразованном ландшафте - Каменная Степь (Воронежская область). Результаты исследований позволили выявит особенности влагонакопления почвенного профиля в зависимости от характера использования угодий. Распашка почв естественных ценозов приводит к смещению водного режима в аридную сторону. Под лесными полосами характер влагоообеспеченности близок к почвам естественных угодий.

    Justify the need for the activities of consulting organizations providing information services on the land legislation, the implementation of civil-legal agreements, land assessment, taxation, lease of agricultural producers and citizens of practical assistance in writing business plans and other services on land. The agrarian sector of Ukraine's economy is one of the dominant components of the formation of food security and food self-sufficiency, which forms 17% of the gross domestic product and about 60% of the fund of consumption.

    The article discusses on the basic concepts of land relations. The analysis of the dynamics of the level of rent for the use of the land (a share), and is defined by its share in the structure of household income in rural areas is carried out. Conclusions on the welfare of the rural population are done. For the regions of Ukraine, which is not significantly different industrial and production potential, but have favourable natural resource factors for socio-economic rise, the use of land resources is an extremely important part of the development of economic complex.

    In the conditions of the Republic of Belarus there was presented an evaluation of organic soil properties changing in the course of long-term agricultural use according to the data of a long-term field experiment founded in 1960 by the member of the Academy of Sciences S.G. Skoropanov and carried out by Polesye experimental station of Ameliorative Agriculture and Meadow Cultivation (Luninetsky district, Brest region).

    The problems of agricultural land (AL) market state regulation have been analyzed, including the shortcomings of the new law concerning withdrawal of land plots from lands of agricultural purpose in case of non-use of them for the intended purpose. The law considers land as the land of natural and legal persons, but not concern land shares, which occupy in the structure of vacant land of about 50%. This gap needs to be bridged. A more careful approach is needed for the identification and definition of cadastral cost of land.

    The major natural factors negatively impacting the properties of solonetzes of the northern forest-steppe of Baraba Steppe were found and stability of the meliorandscapes of the steppe including reclaimed solonetzes was defined. The field research was done in 2006-2016. Cortical hydromorphic solonetzes, reclaimed by gypsum in 1986 in four replications, were studied. The following variants of the experiment were compared: control (without gypsum), 11, 45 and 65 t/ha. Till 1996 cereal crop rotation was cultivated, and in 1996 meliolandscape was abandoned.
