La presente Ley establece normas relacionadas con el Subsidio Familiar para Vivienda de Interés Social, que adjudique el Instituto Nacional para Vivienda de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana (INURBE), que se otorgarán entre los postulantes para el plan que se esté adjudicando, con sujeción a los principios de economía, celeridad, eficacia, imparcialidad y publicidad.

Ley Nº 27.829 - Crea el Bono Familiar Habitacional (BFH).

La presente Ley crea el Bono Familiar Habitacional (BFH) como parte de la política sectorial del Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento, que se otorga por una sola vez a los beneficiarios, con criterio de utilidad pública, sin cargo de restitución por parte de éstos, y que constituye un incentivo y complemento de su ahorro, y de su esfuerzo constructor.

This Law, consisting of 23 articles, establishes the legal regime for the on selling, legitimacy of occupation and concession of right of use for rural public lands and occupied territories belonging to the Federal District and to the Rural Estate Company of Brasília TERRACAP. It specifies that the Federal District and TERRACAP are authorized to the above mentioned activities related to rural public lands, which will be harmonised, according to the National Plan of the Agrarian Reform and to the Agricultural Policy, as established by the Federal Constitution.

This Act amends the Town and Country Planning Act, 1948 by repealing and replacing section 6. Section 6 concerns the declaration of a planning area by the Minister. If the Minister is of the opinion that a scheme should be made for the whole of Sierra Leone or, after consultation with the appropriate local authorities, that a scheme should be made for a specific area, the Minister may, by Order, declare that the whole of Sierra Leone or the area, as specified by a survey plan, shall be a planning area. Special rules apply to Freetown.

This Law is to set out the role of local self-government and to regulate relations between the State authorities and local self-government bodies. Local self-government bodies shall be responsible for the management of community’s property and financial resources. A community is a legal entity and disposes its property independently. This Act shall be applicable to city and rural communities. The competence of local self-government shall include: (a) land zoning and land use planning; (b) urban development and maintenance of the objects of cultural heritage.

This Act adds a new section to the subdivision legislation of Guam so as to clarify the rights and obligations relative to public access and utility easements and thereby resolve a possible source of conflict among neighbours. The Act provides for clearer description and accurate registration of rights relative to an easement, access, roadway or right of way.

La presente Ley prorroga el plazo máximo establecido en el artículo 23 de la Ley Nº 388 de 1997, para que los municipios y distritos formulen y adopten los planes y esquemas de ordenamiento territorial (POT), hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1999. Los municipios y distritos podrán contratar créditos blandos para preinversión en el sector de planeación y servir la deuda con recursos de las transferencias de los ingresos corrientes de la nación, provenientes del 20 por ciento de libre destinación en otros sectores, en la respectiva vigencia.

This Law shall regulate protection and state management of protection of immovable cultural properties, located within the territory and territorial waters of the Republic of Lithuania, and according to right of ownership, belonging to the state, local governments, religious organizations and other legal and natural persons. Immovable cultural property means structures of cultural and public significance, their parts and groups, complexes, clusters and sites, which shall be registered according to the procedure prescribed by this Law.

The Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation) Act, 1976 is hereby repealed. The repeal of this Act shall not affect: (a) the vesting of any vacant land under sub-section (3) of section 10, possession of which has been taken over by the State Government or any person duly authorized by the State Government in this behalf or by the competent authority; (b) the validity of specified orders, and ; (c) any payment made to the State Government as a condition for granting exemption under sub-section (1) of section 20.
