The city of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania has undergone a period of unprecedented urbanization that has contributed to the degradation of the city’s natural environment. With a growth rate above or near 5% for the past three decades, it is the fastest growing city in East Africa. The arrival of thousands of in-migrants year after year has overwhelmed the city’s ability to deliver adequate public services, housing and jobs. Unplanned, densely populated informal settlements that lack basic water, sewer, and waste services now cover much of the city’s land area.

Ces actes sont constitués des décisions des autorités publiques compétentes qui autorisent la réalisation d’opérations immobilières (certificat d’urbanisme, du permis de construire, de la déclaration de travaux et du certificat de conformité) qui consacrent des règles d’urbanisme, de construction, d’hygiène, de protection de l’environnement, de l’habitat et de sécurité incendie. En outre, Il organise un régime de répression des violations du règlement d’urbanisme.

The new town, built to respond for housing demand in high economic growth period, had been developed in hilly suburbs area. Development plans of such new towns seem to be related natural environments closely, especially to former, original landform. Kozoji New Town, located in northeast part of Nagoya metropolitan area, was one of such new towns in the hilly area. In this study, we focused on water supply and drainage system of Kozoji New Town, to examine the effect of original landform to the development plan and urban infrastructure of the NT.

As a result, the planning process is divided into three steps as follows. Step 1 identifies the strategic priorities for the city. In this step, the priorities are decided based on the evidences and several meetings with stakeholders from across the city. Step 2 focuses data gathering and data mapping.

This paper was conducted to evaluate the residents' conservation awareness of a terrace slope forest by using amount of Willingness To Pay (WTP). This green space is an important landmark for this area, but it has a development possibility to become solar panels. The assessment of these green spaces are insufficient in previous research. Influences of different residential communities, and visibility and accessibility of green spaces are mainly discussed in the previous research.

Asahi city in Chiba prefecture was suffered extensive damages by tsunami in the Great East Japan Earthquake. Iioka area where was damaged by the largest tsunami in Asahi city is outside of City planning area. In this area, the form of 'local reconstruction' was taken. It didn't perform the regulation of land use except the development of a new evacuation routes and towers. The purpose of this study is to reveal how residents suffered damage in affected area by tsunami moved or reconstructed and what kind of conditions affect local reconstruction.

Cette coordination permet aux maîtres d’ouvrage d’obtenir leur permis de construire pendant la durée d’instruction de la ou des autorisations environnementales (loi sur l’eau, dérogation espèces protégés…).
